Nancy McCullough graduated to glory

Paul McCullough's post on Facebook:

God brought me a wife of noble character,
In my heart, Nancy was worth far more than all the treasures of this world!
I have always had full confidence in her, and lacked nothing of value.
Nancy was such a blessing to me,
She brought only good, and not harm, from the day I met her.
She has been successful in her Computer programming career at Compunetix,
And she was always faithful to complete every task.
It was said of her: She was the best employee her IT manager ever had.
She was successful because she sought to please the LORD
Throughout her duties, and Nancy’s un-wavering faith in our Lord brought her
Through all obstacles in life!
She was such a blessing for Joylin, Saralin and I.
She would get up early and start her day with prayer,
to receive the light of our Lord’s countenance upon her.
For the Joy of the Lord was her strength!
She set her hands to the tasks before her each day,
and was faithful to minister to those in need.
She considered investments and planned well for the future.
Out of her earnings, she planted deeds of kindness,
as a faithful testimony of our Lord’s Kingship and faithfulness in her life.
She set about her work vigorously, and she was very detailed in all that she did!
At night she always set the Lord before her,
And our Lord set his peace upon her, and her sleep was refreshing!
She would partner with our Lord in what He wanted her to do,
For it was in her heart to be a blessing and was faithful to minister His love to those who were struggling!
She was modest before the public, and was careful to teach our daughters the same!
She always honored and treated me with respect
in public, and at home before our daughters.
With confidence in God, she faced the future with no fear.
The Joy of the LORD was her strength and her dignity, and
She had peace knowing the Lord’s hand was upon her.
She would speak with the Lord’s wisdom,
And faithful instruction was on her tongue.
She taught and guided our girls and lived her life as a godly woman.
She was a wonderful wife and mother, and was faithful concerning the needs of her home and family!
Joylin and Saralin loved to bless their mother, and would jump to assist their Ema as her time drew near!
I am sooo blessed to have been Nancy’s husband for 17 years,
and I have wonderful memories to enjoy and reflect on.
Many a woman does nobly,
But Nancy far exceeded them all,
Charms may wane, and beauty wither,
But a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised!
Give her the product of her hands,
And Let her works praise her at the city gate!

Update on Operation Christmas Child

Thanks again to everyone who donated to Operation Christmas Child.  We donated our gifts and money to the Children's Ministry's packing.  Below is a letter from them thanking us.  Also, I included pictures of what we donated.  I bought gifts with half of the money and gave the rest of the money to help ship the boxes.

Thank you so much for helping with Operation Christmas Child this year! With your help, we were able to pack over 85 boxes! We packed everything from hygiene kits to toys and school supplies. We also got a donation of $70 to help ship 10 of the boxes! We could not have done it without you! We do plan on participating again next year and will consider expanding the packing participation to more children in CM. I hope you will join us again next year.

Again, thank you for working with the kids in your class and others to help make this packing party such a huge success!

Have a wonderful weekend!

Operation Christmas Child

OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Service Project

Prime Time! has decided to participate in Operation Christmas Child.  We will be collecting donations from Friday, September 4th through Friday, October 16th.  We will pack the boxes during Sports and Games night on October 16th.

Operation Christmas Child encourages participants to pack gifts into a shoebox which is then sent to children around the world.

“Operation Christmas Child delivers great joy to millions of children around the world through shoeboxes lovingly and prayerfully packed with gifts that will bring delight to a child. In the hands of local churches, every gift-filled shoebox is a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship—transforming the lives of children and their families around the world through the Good News of Jesus Christ! After receiving shoebox gifts, boys and girls are invited to enroll in The Greatest Journey, our 12-lesson discipleship program where children learn what it means to faithfully follow Christ and share their faith with others.”  http://www.samaritanspurse.org/operation-christmas-child/shoeboxstories-yuliya-and-a-puppy/

“What goes into the box is fun… What comes out is eternal…. Every gift-filled shoebox is a powerful tool for evangelism and discipleship – transforming the lives of children and their families around the world through the Good News of Jesus Christ!”  http://www.samaritanspurse.org/what-we-do/operation-christmas-child/
